Anchor allows to move an anchor point of a clip without moving clip itself (one can select multiple clips at a time!).

It has alpha mode for clips with transparency.

And it works with already animated clips.

With Excalibur 1.1.4+, it is possible to create user commands for Anchor and assign shortcuts to it!

Anchor is compatible with Premiere Pro 2020+ (14.4+), macOS & Windows.
